red and blotchy

my buddy angie/brokentrain said earlier, you think I'd have learned how to cry gracefully. Cry like girls do in movies. But no.. when I cry, even silently, my body shakes, i cough and I gasp and my entire body clenches up, noise is still made obnoxiously.

i have been sobbing for the past two hours. i have too much passion trying to get out to do anything gracefully these days. my face is permanently red and blotchy, my conversations likewise.
