sims2 is dead to me

for my sims friend stole her toddler. really. he picked up the toddler, announced it was getting late and he had to leave, and then he left. carrying the toddler. the toddler tried to escape, and my sim tried to stop them, but she couldnt. the toddler had full green needs bars, so nothing was wrong with her, and that stupid sim still walked off with her. i called the cops, but they just fined me 500 simoleons for calling when there was no burglar. but there was a burglar! he escaped with my sim toddler! oh, the horror.
