really, parmesan, be fair
i wonder how much lentil soup they eat in italy? by that, i mean to ask why someone would put parmesan cheese in a wonderful lentil soup that would otherwise be just as tasty and would be vegan, and vegetarian, depending on whether you think a lacto-ovo vegetarian should be eating rennet or not? most convuluted sentence ever. sorry. i must make my own lentil soup so that i will not have to ponder such questions. and really, that rennet thing is quite annoying. i know of few rennet-free cheeses. even my soy cheese contains rennet! next step to eliminating dairy from my diet: use whey-free margarine. then i shall tackle rennet and cheese. i shall. i = so boring. but house will be on soon! and thursday i WILL work on my essay. i will.
